| SUMMER CAMP HELPS OUR SCOUTS TO EARN THEIR RANK
This year at resident camp for the boy scouts they were able to earn rank badges and merit badges.
Tommy are oldest scout worked on 5 merit badges including archery, leatherwork, baskertry, orientering, and woodcarving. He did a great job in earning all 5 while at camp.
Nathan and Travis our newest scouts went on a trailblaser program to help them to earn their Tenderfoot, and 2nd class badges. They both worked hard and made out well. Travis earned his Tenderfoot while Nathan went on to 2nd class. Both finished up half of their 1st class rank as well.
A great job by all 3 scouts at camp.
This November we will be having our first Court of Honor for our scouts. It should be a great evening for the whole family. Hope to see you there.

ORDER OF THE ARROW
On Wednesday at camp it was Order of the Arrow day. That night they held a tapping out ceremony at the lake front for all scouts and family members. With everyone lined up and quiet the Arrow men went through the crowd looking for new recruits that had been voted in by their troops. To our surprize they stopped at our Scoutmaster Jerry and tapped him in. We were all very surprised and excited about it and can't wat till he is a full member.
